This morning, fly to Siem Reap, Cambodia, to visit the ruins of Angkor Wat and Angkor Thom, perhaps the most extensive temple ruins in Asia. Angkor Wat was built in the 12th century and dedicated to the Hindu god Vishnu. Carvings on the enormous central towers are marvelous in both detail and extent.
