Pacific Holidays participates in the ASTA's (American Society of Travel Agents) Tour Operator Program (TOP), agrees to adhere to its stricter membership standards and abide by a tour operator code of ethics. ASTA T.O.P (Tour Operator Program) program requires the active member to maintain $1 million Errors & Omissions (E&O) policy naming travel agents as additional insureds. Adherence to the TOP Code of Ethics sets Pacific Holidays apart from other tour operators, enabling agents and consumers to find reputable suppliers.
