El Parador - Manuel Antonio

A parador (“stopping place”) is a staple of the Spanish countryside, when old castles and convents were transformed into hostelries for weary knights and travelers. Inspired by these welcoming retreats, the Dutch Schans family opened the doors of their own parador in Costa Rica in 1995.
