The original project was to create a single place where people could go, enjoy swimming in the warm atmosphere of Suchitoto and spend pleasant moments with family or friends. Since the beginning Hotel and Restaurant The roof had acceptance of its customers, who in turn have learned about their needs and requirements and adapting our service for the benefit of those we prefer. In 2005 started a new project which It was to offer rooms for visitors. Initially there were only two rooms which were equipped with two beds, bathroom and air conditioning. Currently The Roof has expanded its capacity restaurant, and offers to its customers a mixed menu with traditional dishes of the Salvadoran cuisine.
