7 days/6 nights - from $4,499 per person including air from the East Coast

Take a unique 7 Day adventure that combines the best of Swedish and Norwegian Lapland! Depicted as one of the wildest and untouched regions of Europe, Swedish Lapland is located far north above the arctic circle. The city of Lulea is surrounded by lakes, hills and deep forests. On the other end, the city of Tromso is surrounded by dramatic landscapes, high steep mountains and the fjord. Both cities are excellent locations to observe the northern lights and experience polar activities such as snowmobile, dogsled, northern light hunt, whale safari. Starting at from $4499.

DAY 1 USA/Lulea
Depart US for Lulea, Sweden. Depart JFK via Norwegian Air Shuttle.

Day 2 Lulea, Sweden
Arrival in Lulea according to your flight itinerary. Transfer to the Brandon lodge. Charming accomodation are located alongside the frozen sea and has a view on the archipelago of Lulea and its 1300 islands where about 100 people live permanently! The main building of the Brandon lodge is truly authentic and built with heavy logs from the area. Enjoy relaxing in the cosy common areas and taste the delicious cuisine prepared with local products in the dining room on the first floor.

Day 3 Lulea, Sweden
Snowmobile Safari Scandinavian breakfast. Get ready for an exciting snowmobile tour(Duration: 2 hours) through lakes and forests! You will discover the wild nature and landscapes while driving on a heavy snow coat. If you are lucky, you might as well have the chance to ob-serve animals like mooses or reindeers. After a lunch break and a warm drink, your local guide will tell you about the life, the customs, the tales and the local people of Lulea. (B)

Day 4 Lulea, Sweden
Tromso, Norway Scandinavian breakfast and transfer to Luela airport. 11h10 - Flight to Tromsø. 13h05 - Arrival in Tromsø. Transfer to your accommodation. The arctic city of Tromsø is the world’s northernmost university town and the largest city in the Nordic countries north of the Arctic Circle. The city lies between the sharp craggy peaks of the Lyngen Alps, and combines wild scenery with urban life. Due to the city’s location right in the middle of the planet’s Northern Light’s belt, Tromso is the perfect place in the world to observe the northern lights. (B) Clarion Hotel Aurora or similar.

Day5 Tromso, Norway
Whale Safari or Dogsleding Excursion: Killer whale and humpback whale safari 08:30am - Enjoy your adventure and the breath-taking scenery while ex-ploring the fjord by boat. The most common whale species are hump-back whales and orcas, but there are also chances of seeing fin whales and possibly harbour porpoises and other species. Don’t forget to keep your eyes open for other wildlife animals such as white-tailed eagles and different seabirds, e.g. shags, guillemots and little auks, and the seals that sometimes can be seen resting on the cliffs. Between 12/15 and 03/31: Half-day husky excursion Enjoy the arctic coastal nature with fantastic view over Tromso, sur-rounded by snowy mountains and long fjords. If the weather is rough you will experience a fresh adventure. High-level trained dogs will find the way no matter what. Choose to sit in the sled or drive your own team of huskies. There’s a good chance of spotting some wildlife on the way through the snow-covered landscape. After about one hour of dog sledding you will return to the ranch where you will meet our puppies and maybe make some four legged friends. A Sami meal ("Bidos") will be served with coffee and cake for dessert inside a warm Sami tent (“lavvo”). Vegetarian food is also available. (B) Clarion Hotel Aurora or similar

Day 6 Tromso, Norway 
Northen Lights Tours Breakfast at hotel. Free morning Early evening: go and hunt the northern lights with a local guide! drive to find a clear and cloudless sky and set up your cameras to take beautiful pictures. Go in a “lavvo” (a traditional Sami tent) to get warm around a campfire. Transfer and trip by mini-bus. The driver and the guide are English-speaking. Included in this activity : transport, English-speaking guide, a warm suit for the cold, warm drinks, biscuits, marshmallows, a tripod and an access to the photos taken by the professional guides. Important information: The northern lights are a natural phenomenon, which makes it hard for us to fully guarantee that you will see some.(B) Clarion Hotel Aurora or similar.

Day 7 Tromso, Norway/USA
After breakfast, time at leisure depending on your departure flight.  Transfer to the airport and board your flight back to the USA. (B)
