Take an 8-night trip, starting your journey to Tibet by first traveling to Chengdu, where you catch a flight to Lhasa, capital of Tibet. While in Lhasa, visit the Tibetan palaces and temples, as well as parks and monasteries. Afterward, travel to Gyangtze and visit the Kumbun Stupa. Later, journey to Xigaze, Tibet’s second largest city, and tour the Tashilhunpo Monastery, seat of the Panchen Lama. Finally, fly back to Lhasa to spend a night before flying to Chengdu and eventually the US. You can also take an extension to visit more of China or Nepal.
