Day 1 - Los Angeles or San Francisco/Bangkok
Depart the USA gateway city-Los Angeles or San Francisco-on Singapore Airlines flight bound for Bangkok.

Day 2 - En Route
Cross the International Date Line.

Day 3 - Bangkok
Arrive in Bangkok via Singapore Airlines. Upon arrival, you are met and transferred to your hotel. (Manhattan Hotel/Amari Atrium Hotel/Royal Orchid Sheraton)

Day 4 - Bangkok
After breakfast, enjoy a tour of this bustling city famous for its many temples. Visit some of the most renowned Buddhist places of worship: the Temple of the Golden Buddha with its five-and-a-half ton solid gold image and the huge reclining Buddha at Wat Po. Balance of the day at leisure.

Day 5 - Bangkok/Singapore
Take a short flight via Singapore Airlines to Singapore. Upon arrival, you are met and transferred to your hotel. (Golden Landmark Hotel/York Hotel/Pan Pacific Hotel)

Day 6 - Singapore
This morning tour of Singapore includes its bustling waterfront, Mount Faber, the botanic garden's orchid collection and a batik factory. The rest of the afternoon is free.

Day 7 - Singapore/Taipei
Fly Singapore Airlines to Taipei and transfer to the hotel by coach. (Golden China Hotel/Howard Plaza Hotel/Agora Garden Hotel)

Day 8 - Taipei
Half-day city tour includes visits to National Palace Museum, Martyr's Shrine, Chiang Kai-Shek Memorial Hall, Chinese Temple and handicraft centre. Afternoon free at leisure. You may want to visit the 101 Tower, the tallest building in the world, and its surrounding upscale XinYi shopping area.

Day 9 - Taipei
Today full day free to explore the city on your own.

Day 10 - Taipei/Los Angeles
Transfer to airport this morning for your Singapore Airlines flight back to the US gateway city - Los Angeles or San Francisco. Or, you may stay some extra days in Taipei, take extensions to the center of the island of Taiwan and visit scenic Sun Moon Lake and port of Kaohsiung; or to idyllic Phuket island, mystic Borneo rainforest, or mainland China.
