Transfers by A/C Motorcoach
Reservations: 1. A deposit of $250.00 per person with copy of IATA/ARC list and introductory letter from agency or photo copy of valid IATAN card, if applying for the travel agent rate. Signed reservation form required at time of reservation. 2. Full payment with passport, or its copy required 45 days prior to departure. 3. Cost does not include $125-$450 per person for US tax, $50.00 per person gratuities for local guides and bus drivers, or visa fees, which vary according to destination. 4. Please make your own arrangements from home city to the gateway cities. Or, ask Pacific Holidays staff to book the lowest fare.
Cancellation: Upon written notice of cancellation the following penalties apply: 60 days or more: $100.00 per person; 59-35 days $300.00 per person; 34-7 days; $600.00 per person. Within the week of departure, No Refund May Be Claimed. No Refund will be granted on unused portion.
