Optional Coach Tours

Dinner Cruise - $55 per person (hotel to pier transfer not included)

Journey begins at the Marina South Pier. Officially opened in 30 June 2006, the new Marina South Pier (MSP) replaces the old Clifford Pier, which ceased operations in April 2006, as the pier for domestic ferries and motor launches. This new sailing route offers an entirely different view of Singapore-one from out at sea.
Be it the day or the evening cruise, enjoy attractive sights of the vessels anchored in Marina South Pier bay, the Singapore Flyer, Sentosa Cove, Tanjong Pagar Container Port-the busiest in the world by shipping tonnage-and the coastline of Singapore's pleasure isle, Sentosa.

While sailing, marvel at the massive oil and petrochemical complexes, constructed on Bukom and Jurong islands. Further south, across the Phillip Channel, you can see the Riau Islands of Batam and Bintan in Indonesia. Phillip Channel is the international passageway through which all shipping between the Indian and Pacific oceans passes.

Highlights of the trip include: Stopover (except during the annual Kusu pilgrimage) on the Southern Island Paradise also known as Turtle island or Kusu Island, to visit an ancient Chinese temple, a terrapin sanctuary and a Malay shrine. During the ninth lunar month, the temple attracts thousands of pilgrims, praying for good health, babies and a peaceful life. (Day cruise only).

Pamper yourself with a sumptuous dinner on the Imperial Dinner Cruise. As dusk falls and twinkling lights appear, set sail on a romantic harbor cruise. The cool night air spells magic as silhouettes and shadows interplay with the lights from Marina Bay and ships in the Eastern Anchorage. Catch the sun setting over the western horizon while enjoying an appetizing local fusion buffet. Complete an enchanted evening by catching a view, from the sea, of the fireworks display by the "Songs of the Sea."

Jurong Bird Park (half day) - $40 per person

This tour is a must for bird enthusiasts and a pleasure for those who simply enjoy nature in all its beauty. The tour route takes you along Keppel Harbor, part of the world's busiest port, and the Jurong industrial Estate, Singapore's economic showpiece. At the Bird Park, you find hundreds of exotic birds flitting happily about their daily lives. In fact, there are over 7,000 birds of more than 600 species gathered in this beautiful 20-hectare sanctuary! Board the panorail to visit the world's largest walk-in aviary and view what is said to be the world's highest manmade waterfall. Also included is an amusing 25-minute Bird Show - (pm) Birds of Prey Show.

Sentosa Tours (inclusive Underwater World) (half day) - $60 per person
A leisurely drive takes you to Sentosa Island via the Causeway link. Visit Southeast Asia's first 4-Dimensional Theater, Sentosa 4D Magix. The movie does not only jump right out at you, it comes to life! Experience every shake and bump, all-new wind gusts, water sprays and intriguing light features. The experience comes alive. Proceed to the Underwater World, that has an 83m-long acrylic tunnel for a spectacular view of marine life. Hop onto the islands' shuttle coach and head for the Merlion Tower, standing on a 23m-high hillock overlooking Sentosa. It offers a 360-degree view of Sentosa, as well as panoramic views of Singapore's southern shore. Return back to mainland Singapore by coach.
*For Passengers on Afternoon tour who wish to spend more time at Sentosa and return in the evening, please approach your guide who will accommodate your request.

Heartland and Changi Tour (half day) - $90 per person

Take this journey to history and the colorful past lifestyle as you drive from Suntec City, a modern cluster of impressive buildings in the heart of the city. Drive eastwards to visit the bustling enclave of Katong and Joo Chiat that showcase the rich Peranakan architecture. Admire rows of colorful traditional shop houses that date back to the mid 1920's. Next, visit Changi Prison Museum and view a replica of the Chapel that was used during World War II. The tour then proceeds to Changi Village, passing by Changi Yacht Club and Tampines New Town with a stop at the Tampines Chinese Temple that houses 9 deities.

Night Safari (evening tour) - $45 per person

Most animals are nocturnal. At dusk they begin to stir for the hunt. At the Night Safari these activities are captured to the best effect using subtle lighting that permits a close look while not disturbing the animals. The Night Safari houses over 1200 animals from 110 exotic species. Tiger, striped hyena, golden jackal, cape buffalo, blue sheep and the rare greater one-horned rhinoceros are but some of the animals you can see. The Night Safari covers an area of 40 hectares of secondary jungle with the Seletar Reservoir providing a beautiful backdrop. A tram ride, upon arrival at the Night Safari, is the easiest way to familiarize yourself with the large grounds. At the end of the ride, feel free to stroll and take a closer look at the animals. The sound of crickets and owls and the chance to see the tigers or hyenas feasting make for a truly memorable experience.

Night Tour (evening) - $50 per person
First stop is the Raffles landing site at the mouth of the Singapore River. Board a traditional bum boat for a picturesque ride up the river. In pre-container days, bum boats were used to transport light cargo from ships anchored off-shore to the warehouses that line both sides of the river. This is followed by dinner (only Chinese tea included). After dinner, rejoin the coach to visit Royal Selangor Centre at Clarke Quay for a truly unique experience in the world of pewter. Watch live demonstrations of pewter-making processes by skilled craftsmen. Next hop over to Bugis Village, named after the seafarers from Sulawesi who used to sail and conduct the coastal trade with Indonesia in their sailing vessels from the Kallang River. Last stop is Raffles Hotel. This grand hotel has been restored to its former glory when guests included Somerset Maugham, Noel Coward and Liz Taylor.
