Depart from US on Air Pacific trans-Pacific flight to Auckland.

Day 2, Friday - En Route
Cross the International Date Line.

Day 3, Saturday - Auckland
Arrive in Auckland and transfer to hotel. (Copthorne Harbour City Hotel/Rendezvous Hotel)

Day 4, Sunday - Auckland/Waitomo/Rotorua
(226 miles) Travel to Waitomo Caves for a guided tour of Glowworm Grotto. Continue on to Rotorua for a Maori Hangi (feast) and concert. (Rydges Hotel/Royal Lakeside Novotel) (B/L/D)

Day 5, Monday - Rotorua
Visit Te Whakarewarewa Thermal Reserve and Te Puia. Travel to Rainbow Springs and Agrodome Farm Show. Afternoon at leisure. (B)

Day 13, Tuesday - Queenstown/Franz Josef
