Your Japan vacation package gets under way with a trans-Pacific flight from Los Angeles to Tokyo. After you arrive at Narita Airport, you will transfer to one of the best hotels Tokyo has to offer. The next day is spent touring Tokyo and discovering its rich heritage. On the fifth day, you'll take a drive to the famous Mt. Fuji. Over the next four days, you'll visit no less than seven cities on your Japan tour. Each with its own specialties and landmarks, the cities of Hakone, Nagoya, Kyoto, Nara, Hiroshima and Okayama are historical and should not be missed. All along the way you can expect to stay in some of the best Japan hotels. On the eleventh day, you'll find yourself in Osaka, where after a free morning, you will tour the Osaka Castle and view the city by waterway on your hour long riverboat cruise. The final day of your Japan vacation has you transferring to Kansai International Airport where you will catch your flight bound for the USA.

Day 1, Thursday - Los Angeles/Tokyo
Depart the USA on your Singapore Airlines trans-Pacific flight for Tokyo. Cross the International Date Line en route.
Day 2, Friday - Tokyo
Arrive at Narita Airport and transfer to your hotel. (Grand Palace Hotel/Keio Plaza Hotel)
Day 3, Saturday - Tokyo
Full-day excursion to Kamakura visiting the Great Buddha, Hase Kannon Temple,
Tsurugaoka Hachimangu Shrine and Komachi shopping street. (L)
Day 4, Sunday - Tokyo
Morning city tour includes Tokyo Tower, Imperial Palace Plaza, Asakusa Kannon Temple and Tasaki Pearl. Afternoon free.
Day 5, Monday - Tokyo/Mt. Fuji/Hakone
Drive to Mt. Fuji, ascending halfway, take a cruise on Lake Ashi, and view Owakudani Valley in an ancient volcanic crater. (Hotel Kowaki-en) (L)
Day 6, Tuesday - Hakone/Inuyama
Bullet (high-speed) train to Nagoya then to Inuyama. Visit Inuyama Castle. Tonight watch cormorant night fishing (May 11 - Oct 15 only). (Meitetsu Hotel) (L)
Day 7, Wednesday - Inuyama/Nagoya/Kyoto
Morning, take a seenic boat ride on the Kiso River. Travel by train to Nagoya. Visit historic Nagoya Castle, followed by an express train to Kyoto. (Rihga Royal Hotel/ Westin Miyako Hotel) (L)
Day 8, Thursday - Kyoto/Nara/Kyoto
Morning tour to Golden Pavilion, Nijojo Castle, and Imperial Palace. Afternoon excursion to Nara by motorcoach to visit Todaiji Temple, Kasuga Shrine and Deer Park. (L) Day 9, Friday - Kyoto/Hiroshima
Transfer to Kyoto Station and board a bullet train to Hiroshima. Visit the colorful Itsukushima Shrine with its red torii gate in Miyajima, and Peace Memorial Park with its museum of nuclear devastation. (Rihga Royal Hotel)
Day 10, Saturday - Hiroshima/Okayama/ Osaka

Day 11, Sunday - Osaka
